Can I filter learning data by Teams?

Yes, in the Learning Analytics dashboard you will be able to see your team’s learning analytics. Ensure the toggle is set to 'View as Manager' and you will have two areas to view the data.

Snapshot Analytics

In this view, you can filter your data by Teams, Learners and time (All time, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, This year, Previous year and Custom) or a combination of all. To select individual learners, you will need to select the team they are a member of first or All teams if that option is available to you.

Data you can view includes;

• Viewing Hours - How many hours you spent watching video modules
• Videos Completed - The total number of video modules completed
• Pathways Completed - How many pathways have been successfully completed (Tests with pass scores)
• CPD credits earned - The total number of CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
• Learning Profile - Which of the main categories your completed video modules fall into

Detailed Analytics 

In this view, you can filter 'by Team', 'by Learner', 'by Pathway' or 'by Video'. Please note the filter selected for the snapshot analytics applies to the detailed analytics view as well.

'By Pathway' and 'By Video' have an advanced view with more granular data. In all filters, you can download a CSV of the data by clicking the 'Download CSV' button. A CSV will then download to your computer.
